Each artist can send as many works as they want. The more the greater the chances for winning.

Burn the entry file following specifications onto a disk a or
print the work.

Include a signed copy of the Participant Agreement Form.

Entrants who choose to register by mail must also include the registration form.

Note: Should a disk get damaged in transit, the submitter will be notified and asked to submit the file through the Web.

Rules / Terms and Conditions


I. Entrants must submit works in the formats specified. Please read carefully the selection procedures and follow all regulations stated in the competition guidelines.

II. Awards will be given depending on the quality of the entries submitted. Depending on the circumstances, no award may be given in a category or the number of awards may be increased. The panel of judges may change awards and award categories.

III. Monetary awards are given in the country of the organizer and taxed according to the laws of the Republic of China. (Foreign national are taxed 20%, citizens of the Republic of China are taxed at 5%.) There are no registration fees to participate in this design competition nor any fees associated with the display or publication of award-receiving works. (The organizer assumes responsibility for costs.)

IV. To facilitate the selection process by international judges, each entry must have an information label written in English. By submitting their work entrants are agreeing that the entry submitted has not violated intellectual property laws.

V. Participants lose their eligibility in any of the circumstances below and are responsible for legal matters that arise:

1. The entry was created by other on one’s behalf or copied from another artist’s work.

VI. The organizer has the right to use the entries for no other commercial purposes than in promotional materials, exhibit tours, publications or commissioned publications without paying additional fees.

VII. Works created by a judge or a judge’s company may not be entered into the competition.

VIII. Competition entries are not returned to their creators. Award winners will be notified by the organizer to provide files and relevant information for display and publication. Award winners may also be asked to provide files and actual works in accordance to the rules of international competitions. Your work is your work and will not be used for any comercial purposes.

IX. The organizer reserves the right to alter competition guidelines.

Judging procedures
